About IFS-Based Coaching:
IFS helps people conceptualize feeling-thinking-behaving patterns that cause suffering as parts of themselves. Together we can take a step back from these parts, find the negative self-beliefs they’re protecting us from and gradually unburden their pain. For people who want to make subconscious feelings and beliefs conscious to understand themselves better, unburden their pain and then empower personal growth. Sessions are held outside of the US healthcare system in a reasonably-priced coaching container to reduce barriers to this transformative modality. Healing happens in the presence of a compassionate witness and over the course of our time together, you will become your own compassionate witness.
